The prices of our products are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax. All orders are payable in Euros.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Littl by Lilit will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Berlin, Germany and the language of the contract is German.

Packages typically arrive within 5-14 days from the date we receive the order. Items are shipped directly from Germany by DHL or German local post office with a tracking number for your reference.
If a package is returned to Germany because the buyer did not claim the package, we do not send replacements.
littlbylilit.com is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. littlbylilit.com has no control over this.
Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Payments are made by paypal or via lastschriftverfahren (direct debiting system).

we do not accept exchanges or returns during the sale

Littl by Lilit gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise for full

refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. You may send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.
